“The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” (2nd Corinthians 5:17) Grace Place has always prided itself on being a ministry and health center focused on transformation rather than transaction. As Christians, we understand that witnessing the transformation of an individual is a rare privilege. Like Paul and Apollos, we often play the roles of planting or watering seeds but the growth is left to God and usually occurs over time.
Our journey began on April 1, 1990, with the opening of Animas Crisis Pregnancy Center, dedicated to serving the women and families of San Juan County, New Mexico.
Bringing a child into the world is often described as one of life’s greatest blessings. However, for women facing unplanned pregnancies, this journey can be filled with uncertainty, fear, and difficult decisions. In such moments, what these women need most is not judgment or condemnation but rather empathy, support, and understanding.
In the gentle embrace of spring, as nature bursts forth in vibrant life, we are reminded of the incredible power of planting seeds and witnessing the miracle of new beginnings.
