OUR HISTORY
More than three decades ago, the foundation of what is now recognized as Grace Place Family Health Center was laid, establishing a crucial mission of providing essential education and counseling to women navigating pregnancy options and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Since our inception on April 1, 1990, situated initially on N. Locke Street in downtown Farmington, over 100,000 women and their families have sought guidance within our walls. Soon our facility experienced a surge in demand, prompting a relocation to 1200 Schofield Lane. Experiencing a remarkable 93% increase in client visits between 2006 and 2009, Grace Place Family Health Center once again outgrew its space, leading to a move to our current location at 4801 N. Butler, Suite #3102 in November 2009.
We consistently extend a welcoming embrace to individuals, regardless of their race, religion, or socio-economic status. Notably, our efforts have expanded to include a growing number of men.
